Experience
I love being a tutor, as it allows me to exercise my mind and refresh my knowledge of subjects that I studied awhile ago, while also allowing me to help some people out who might be struggling in a particular subject. It is a very rewarding job, and one that I enjoy very much. I have tutored several high school and college students, over many various subjects (i.e. math, science, music, geography, writing, etc.) I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University, and attended Visitation Academy for high school, where I graduated with a 3.84 GPA. I received a 34 on my ACT and scored in the 97th percentile on the SAT. I am currently pursuing my master's in psychology through a full-scholarship to Capella University. I hope to go on to obtain my PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Hobbies
Hiking, running, playing with my cats and dogs, singing, playing the piano, reading, playing board games, going to the movies, word puzzles. I also LOVE school! It may make me a nerd, but I absolutely love studying, homework, class, helping others learn, and the entire process of school and learning - I guess that's why I love being a tutor, and also why I can't seem to ever officially graduate for good :)
